As a Forklift Operator at DHL, you will play a key role in warehouse operations by ensuring efficient movement of stock and shipments. You will operate various types of forklifts and material-handling equipment to support daily logistics operations, maintaining accuracy and safety throughout the process.

DHL Operator Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up, sit-down, clamp forklifts, and electric pallet jacks.
• Load, unload, move, and stage products for 80% of assigned shifts.
• Ensure shipment accuracy through proper verification of product counts.
• Maintain detailed inventory records and follow OSHA and MSDS safety standards.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and routine maintenance, including battery or LP tank changes.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in optimal working condition.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed.

DHL Operator Qualifications & Requirements:

• Forklift certification or completion of forklift training within 30 days of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of warehouse experience and forklift operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to workplace efficiency.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems.
